Dan spent 30 years in the commercial building industry, providing energy efficient upgrades as well as mechanical and electrical retrofits. As a minority owner in a large contracting firm, Dan was involved in the executive leadership team and oversaw a $50 million division of the company. In 2014, Dan left that industry for a career in church administration, working for St. Patrick Church in Oak Grove for 8 years. While there, Dan oversaw strategic planning efforts, personnel development, eliminated debt while building reserves, remodeled a portion of the facility, and oversaw men's ministry and discipleship initiatives that created more vibrancy within the community. After retiring from St. Patrick's, Dan provided consulting services to other parishes that needed assistance with administrative tasks and leadership development. "I'm excited to be part of St. Maximilian Kolbe, and look forward to working with Fr. Kowalczyk and the entire team to build up Christ's local Church!" We wish Sara Triplett, our resigning administrator, a joyful retirement and we thank her for her work!
