The Home Visit Ministry is a new ministry here at St Max Kolbe that provides a social connection to homebound parishioners. 

Teams of two disciples will make monthly visits and phone calls to a designated individual, providing a warm and cheery encounter.  Training will be provided. (The Eucharist will not be administered during these visits as Father Kowalczyk brings communion and hears confessions when he meets with the homebound.)

Through home visits, reassuring phone calls and sending cards or letters on a regular basis, our visit teams will engage the elderly/homebound person through conversation and social support.
